because I possess over two years and counting experience in the FinTech world and that I recently become Certified in Digital Money with Digital Frontiers Institute.

because Leadership, Research and Development (R&D) , and the implementation of technologies to respond to an organization's needs have always resonated well with me


I am currently an Operation Analyst at MFS Africa, a fintech that facilitates cross border remittances to and from Mobile Wallets. I moved to this position after spending 9 months as a Partner Support Analyst

I joined MFS Africa from eProcess International SA where I was working as a Service Desk Analyst . eProcess SA is the main IT Service Provider of the Ecobank Group


I live my passion through Africa Digital Inclusion, a startup I co-founded with a group of friends from university .

Our goal is to use new technologies to transform the daily lives of Africans .

We want to find African solutions to African problems.


We plan to achieve this vision by :


1- Designing and Implementing Digital projects aimed at improving life in rural areas


2- Setting up of a Digital Training Center


3- Conducting a yearly #innovateRural -Program

  1. Responding to calls and tickets logged through the MFS Africa ticketing system

  2. Consulting system logs to investigate issues described in tickets

  3. Liaising between Partner Support Agents, Team Leader, and Partner Support Manager to resolve issues and provide excellent service to partners

  4. Documenting issue resolution to contribute to department reference and training materials

EDUCATION

  1. Coding with Python, drawing upon libraries and automation scripts to solve complex problems quickly.

  2. Learning to use all the key tools for working with data in Python: Jupyter Notebooks, NumPy, Anaconda, pandas, and Matplotlib.

  3. Gaining a solid foundation in the hottest fields in AI: neural networks, deep learning, and PyTorch.

With the introduction of products and services based on our realities, we want to find contextualized solutions to our daily problems.

By impacting the new generation with the bright side of the new technologies, we want provide the young ones a launching ramp to participate in the digitization of the continent.
