MFS Africa connects mobile money systems to each other and to money transfer organizations, banks and other financial institutions, enabling money remittances TO and FROM mobile money accounts.

As a Partner Support Analyst, my main duties are:
- Responding to calls and tickets logged through the MFS Africa ticketing system
- Consulting system logs to investigate issues described in tickets
- Liaising between Partner Support Agents, Team Leader, and Partner Support Manager to resolve issues and provide excellent service to partners
- Documenting issue resolution to contribute to department reference and training materials

As a Service Desk Analyst in the IT Service Management Department of eProcess my main duties were:
- Ticket Life Cycle Management (Prioritization, Categorization, Classification , Assignment, Follow up, Resolution) using SysAid
- Ad-Hoc Departmental Report using Excel
- High Priority Incident Management under the Guidance of the Incident Manager
